What: Western & Southern Financial Group (Western & Southern) is signing an agreement with the United States Army under which soldiers will be guaranteed an employment interview with the company once they leave active service.

Overview: The Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) Program, established in 2000, is a strategic partnership between the United States Army and a cross section of corporations, companies (such as Western & Southern) and public sector agencies. PaYS partners with companies like Western & Southern that guarantee soldiers will be interviewed for a position after their service.
Why: This unique program is part of the Army's effort to partner with America's business community to help soldiers after they finish their military service.
