Before joining W&S Financial Group Distributors, Fladeland was most recently with AXA Distributors LLC, where he was a divisional vice president and western sales manager. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, as well as FINRA Series 24, 7 and 63 registrations and life and health insurance licenses. Fladeland and his family reside in Heath, Texas.
