Tanya Elliott

Regional Sales Vice President

Tanya Elliott joined Western & Southern Financial Group in 2007 and initially advanced through several management positions in back office operations. She began working with The Lafayette Life Insurance Company in 2011, commencing with its relocation to Cincinnati. Among her roles, she has served as a Client Services manager, a New Business manager and as a hybrid wholesaler.

Drawing on her extensive background in both Sales and Operations, Tanya brings a valuable skill set to her responsibilities. She is frequently called on as a subject matter expert for field training and process improvement. Tanya has a long-standing reputation of providing the highest level of detail-oriented support to her producer customers. In addition, she possesses a thorough understanding of life insurance and annuity product uses and sales concepts.

Tanya has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature with an area of concentration in Law from Northern Kentucky University, in addition to multiple industry designations. In her free time, Tanya is a part time scuba instructor and volunteer at Newport Aquarium. She resides in Park Hills, KY with her Chief "Barking" Officer, Birdie.
