Paul C. Silva

President

Paul Silva is president of Eagle Realty Group, a member company of Western & Southern Financial Group. He is responsible for the management and oversight of all debt, equity and strategic investments, as well as Construction Management.

Silva began his career with Eagle in 2020 as senior vice president, real estate debt investments.

Prior to joining Western & Southern, Silva held several executive positions at regional banks, including First Financial Bank and Fifth Third Bank. His experience included managing commercial real estate and commercial and industrial teams, and developing growth strategies for both.

He currently serves on the University of Cincinnati’s Board of Executive Advisors in Real Estate (BEARE) and is an Executive Committee member of the Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Silva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and management from Mount Saint Joseph University, as well as an MBA from Xavier University.
