Trading halts of Russian securities on US exchanges, suspension of Russian securities settlement by major European institutions and blocking of Russian banks from the SWIFT payment network all contribute to a high level of uncertainty for investors.
This situation makes it paramount for asset managers to evaluate exposure to Russian securities. As of February 28, 2022, no Touchstone fund has direct exposure to Russian securities (neither securities trading on Russian exchanges nor depositary receipts trading outside of Russia).
