Western & Southern is proud to announce the publication of its 2023 Corporate Responsibility Report, now available on an enhanced website. The report details the company’s unwavering commitment to its customers, associates, community and environment, showcasing a dedication to leading with purpose and making a positive impact.
Highlights from the Report
- Community Support: Over the last five years, Western & Southern contributed $70 million to community support, including major donations to United Way, ArtsWave and the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. Associates also actively participated in fundraising efforts and volunteered in numerous community events.
- Customer Service Excellence: The company’s call center received recognition again for exceptional service, reflecting a commitment to going above and beyond for its customers.
- Associate Development: Western & Southern strives to be somewhere its employees can grow, lead, win and do good for others. With an average tenure of 10.2 years, hundreds of available learning courses, and a top ranking in the American Opportunity Index, Western & Southern demonstrates its dedication to associate development and success.
- Environmental Responsibility: Western & Southern continues to prioritize sustainability with several of our development projects, such as The Lytle Park Hotel and Great American Tower, achieving LEED certification. Additionally, our efforts to revitalize the historic Lytle Park demonstrate our commitment to preserving and enhancing green spaces in our community.
