Narrator:
Somewhere in Cincinnati, there is a special place, animated and sustained by a spirit of service. A top employer of choice, with associates who inspire with their talent, hard work, and passion to keep an incredible culture thriving while showing up to keep our community's favorite traditions alive. Western and Southern a place where you can grow, lead, win and do good.
Katie:
I think it's all sitting there right in front of us, and as long as you as an individual are willing to take those steps, make those connections, and ask for opportunity, you'll get that.
Justin:
There's a lot of opportunity at Western and Southern. We have all these different subsidiaries, all these different companies, so there's that built in opportunity. But they also allow me to take opportunities to stretch myself, to grow myself, to lead in other areas. But the key is they don't just give the opportunity, it's supported opportunity. So it's “Hey, go take that risk. We got your back. We want you to go try that new thing. We're going to give you the support you need to be successful.”
Arihant:
I would say the wins at Western and Southern are a token of having an appreciation of everything that we're doing. Every appreciation for the work that we do for our business stakeholders, wins as a team, and individual successes. But also, most importantly, what are we learning from those wins?
Kyle:
What makes Western and Southern the place to do good - I personally think it's kind of our obligation to be very community minded, community centered, take care of one another and really do what is in the best interest for our clients, do what's in the best interest for our city. Working at a place that also believes that and believes furthering our community furthers us, that's what really makes Western and Southern the place to do good.
Joe:
We're consistently growing. We're consistently changing. How this company looked is wildly different than 10 years ago and 20 years ago, so I'm excited to see what it's going to look in 10 or 20 years, it's going to be fun.
