Roughly a half-million people will gather along Cincinnati’s riverfront on Sept. 4 for the Western & Southern/WEBN Fireworks, a local Labor Day weekend tradition that has featured free, family-friendly entertainment in the Cincinnati region for 44 years. 

One of Greater Cincinnati’s signature events kicked off earlier this week.

In her position, Stofa will be responsible for directing strategy and management oversight for the firm’s Private Client Group.

The hotel, owned by Western & Southern, is the only one in Ohio to grace the list of Top 15 City Hotels in the continental United States.

Jason Nickles, assistant vice president and assistant controller at Western & Southern, has served IASA for more than 15 years in various roles.

This is the second year in a row for the Chicago-Northwest Agency to win the prestigious award.

The 2022 Fortune 500 list ranks Western & Southern Financial Group No. 372 (up 2 spots from No. 374 in 2021), with $9.4 billion in revenue for 2021.

Jenkins will lead sales efforts and staff development for multiple agencies in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.

Hunsberger is a preschool teacher at Gamble Montessori Elementary School.
