Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer John Barrett ranked within the top 10 in this year's Power 100, a list published annually by Cincy Magazine of the tristate's 100 most influential leaders.
Barrett has been named to the Power 100 list each year since the feature debuted 18 years ago. Maribeth Rahe, president and chief executive officer of Fort Washington Investment Advisors, another long-time member of the list, was recognized again.
In describing Barrett, Cincy Magazine noted the growth of Western & Southern under his leadership, his involvement with the fundraising campaign for the Barrett Cancer Center (through Ride Cincinnati), and plans for affordable housing.
Tom Williams, a member of the Western & Southern Financial Group board of directors, president and chief executive officer of North American Properties, Inc., and co-principal owner and vice chairman of the Cincinnati Reds, was also included among the top 10.
