Tom Stanek, Senior Vice President Real Estate Debt Investments

Tom Stanek is Senior Vice President Real Estate Debt Investments for Eagle Realty Group. Tom oversees loan origination and portfolio management for debt placement on all types of institutional grade multi-family and commercial property, as well as reporting and analysis.

Tom began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 1997 as Assistant Vice President and Director of Mortgage Loan. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Tom served as a regional loan officer with One American Life Insurance Company in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Tom is a member of the Life Mortgage and Real Estate Officers Council and the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is also an active teaching volunteer and board officer with Junior Achievement of OKI Partners. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University and has completed the Fellow, Life Management Institute certification with honors.

Scott Beck, Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Loan

Scott Beck is Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Loan for Eagle Realty Group. Scott is responsible for loan origination and portfolio management for debt placement on all types of institutional grade commercial property including, multi-family, senior housing, industrial, warehouse, office, medical office, retail, and hospitality/hotel.

Scott joined Eagle Realty Group in 2019. Prior to joining Eagle, Scott originated, underwrote and managed real estate investments with Nationwide Insurance.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Administration degree in Real Estate & Urban Analysis from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University. Scott is also a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and is ACS-ARGUS Software Certified.

Nick Emms, Investment Associate, Mortgage Loan

Nick Emms is a Mortgage Loan Investment Associate for Eagle Realty Group. Nick is responsible for loan origination for debt placement on all types of institutional grade commercial property including, multi-family, senior housing, industrial, warehouse, office, medical office, retail, and hospitality/hotel.

Nick joined Eagle Realty Group in 2025. Prior to joining Eagle, Nick was a Development Director for ASA Properties in Austin, Texas.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Alex Williams, Investment Associate, Mortgage Loan

Alex Williams is a Mortgage Loan Investment Associate for Eagle Realty Group. Alex is responsible for loan origination and portfolio management for debt placement on all types of institutional grade commercial property including, multi-family, senior housing, industrial, warehouse, office, medical office, retail, and hospitality/hotel.

Alex joined Eagle Realty Group in 2023. Prior to joining Eagle, Alex was Director of Development with Commonwealth Hotels.

Alex is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Cincinnati. Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and in Economics from Valparaiso University.

Trevor Kirbabas, Investment Associate, Mortgage Loan

Trevor Kirbabas is a Mortgage Loan Investment Associate for Eagle Realty Group. Trevor is responsible for loan origination and portfolio management for debt placement on all types of institutional grade commercial property including, multi-family, senior housing, industrial, warehouse, office, medical office, retail, and hospitality/hotel.

Trevor joined Eagle Realty Group in 2019 following his internship.

Trevor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Cincinnati, Carl H. Linder College of Business.

Caleb Smith, Mortgage Portfolio Asset Manager, Mortgage Loan

Caleb Smith is a Mortgage Portfolio Asset Manager for Eagle Realty Group. Caleb is responsible for portfolio management for debt investments on all types of institutional grade commercial property including, multi-family, senior housing, industrial, warehouse, office, medical office, retail, and hospitality/hotel.

Caleb joined Eagle Realty Group in 2024. Prior to joining Eagle, Caleb was a Lead Analyst with Commonwealth Hotels in Covington, Kentucky.

Caleb holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Cincinnati, Carl H. Linder College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University, T. J. Smull College of Engineering.
