For the seventh consecutive year, Western & Southern Financial Group was named one of the top learning and development programs in the world by Training Magazine. The official Training APEX rankings were announced as part of their annual awards program on Monday, Feb. 17. Western & Southern was ranked No. 40 (up 12 spots from No. 52 in 2024), making this their highest ranking to date.
Established in 2000, Training Magazine’s annual ranking honors the best in class for employee training and development. Applicants are judged based on several factors, including overall training program, tuition reimbursement, training infrastructure and training impact on business outcomes. Western & Southern’s recognition can be attributed to its top-notch training programs and initiatives across the enterprise, enabling associates with the tools they need to grow in their careers, lead with confidence, win in their professional development and do good for their colleagues and community.
