Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc., made its sixth appearance on the annual Best Places to Work in Money Management list released by Pensions & Investments on Dec. 10, following appearances in 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
Overall, 76 companies, a record number, were named to the 2019 list for their efforts to create a winning culture that engages employees and brings out their best.
In recognizing Fort Washington among employers with 100 to 499 employees, P&I cited the firm’s “popular perks” such as a collaborative culture, opportunities to volunteer with coworkers and a commitment to helping associates succeed. Fort Washington associates were also quoted, referencing the company’s training opportunities, outstanding benefits and a culture where employees feel comfortable sharing ideas with management.
P&I, a top international investment industry trade publication, publishes the annual Best Places to Work list based on data collected from top investment firms across the country through third-party surveys: an anonymous employee survey on engagement and satisfaction, and an employer survey on workplace policies, practices, benefits, and demographics.
