Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. (Fort Washington) announced that Jeff Pettiford has joined the firm as vice president, business development officer. Pettiford joined the firm on May 11 and reports to Marty Flesher, managing director, business development and relationship management. Pettiford will be responsible for institutional business development throughout the Midwest.

Pettiford brings over 20 years of institutional business development and relationship management experience to Fort Washington. He has worked with both the private and public markets and also with a broad range of asset classes, including alternatives, equities and fixed income. Pettiford was most recently with Window Rock Capital Partners in Chicago. Prior to that, he worked at William Blair & Company, PNC Capital Advisors/Allegiant Asset Management, and Bank of New York/Instinet.
Pettiford earned his BA in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. He is based in Chicago.
