The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company (Western & Southern Life) has won a CX Award in employee engagement from Loyalty360.
This award recognizes our Customer First Program, an initiative that has become a key part of making our company the ideal place to build a long-term career.
The Loyalty360 CX Awards, presented at an event this month in Denver, honor the brands that are using innovative and best-in-class techniques to deliver customer experiences that ultimately build customer loyalty. Western & Southern Life won the platinum award in the employee engagement category.
"This award recognizes our Customer First Program, an initiative that has become a key part of making our company the ideal place to build a long-term career," said Troy D. Brodie, president of W&S Agency Group, Western & Southern Life's career agent sales force. "Our Customer First Program is all about empowering our associates to have a voice in helping us achieve our mission of delivering a superior customer experience."
Western & Southern Life's Customer First Program began in the company's call center in 2014. The program was launched with an online platform in which associates could make immediate suggestions to improve the customer experience and monitor the progress of their suggestions. Associates can also comment on others' suggestions.

This award comes only six months after being recognized by DALBAR as one of the top three insurance companies for call center customer service.
