Michael A. Bacon is the Vice President of Sales. He is responsible for top-line production, execution and management of field sales activities across the U.S.
After joining Western & Southern Life in 1999 as a financial representative in Akron, Ohio, Mike was promoted to staff manager in the same year, agency manager in 2004, and divisional vice president in 2018. Mike attended Akron University on a tennis scholarship, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business and organizational communications with a minor in sales management. He holds series 6, 63, 26 and has earned LUTCF and LLIF designations.
