Western & Southern Life Named a 2024 “Top 10” Military Friendly® Employer

Western & Southern Life has earned the 2024 "Top 10" Military Friendly® Employer designation from VIQTORY, publisher of G.I. Jobs® and Military Spouse Magazine. This is the 12th consecutive year Western & Southern Life has earned the Military Friendly® designation. VIQTORY has also named Western & Southern Life a “Top 10 Spouse Employer.”

Institutions earning the Military Friendly® Employer designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. Over 1,200 companies participated in the 2024 Military Friendly® survey.

Methodology, criteria, and weightings for 2024 Military Friendly® designations were determined by VIQTORY, with input from the Military Friendly® Advisory Council of independent leaders in the military recruitment community. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for applicant, new hire retention, employee turnover, and promotion and advancement of veterans and military employees.
