After monitoring and benchmarking the quality of service that policyholders receive when calling their life insurance providers throughout the year, DALBAR publishes an annual ranking of the level of telephone service. These rankings are based on the following four criteria: the representative’s attitude, the level of accommodation, the level of expertise displayed, and how effectively interruptions to the flow of the call were handled.
