Eagle Realty Brings First Mitchell's Salon & Day Spa Downtown

Mitchell’s Salon & Day Spa and Eagle Realty Group announced that Mitchell’s will be opening its first downtown Cincinnati location in spring 2024. The location will be in the “550 At Lytle Park” building at the corner of Fourth and Pike Streets, in close proximity to The Lytle Park Hotel, the Residence Inn at The Phelps, and the Taft Museum of Art.

In addition to serving downtown residents and workers, Mitchell’s Salon & Day Spa will provide out-of-town visitors to Cincinnati, including those at The Lytle Park Hotel and the Residence Inn at The Phelps, with a boutique salon and spa experience. Both hotels are developments of Eagle Realty Group, and Mitchell’s will provide a highly desirable amenity requested by hotel guests for both regular service as well as weddings and other special occasions.

The location within 550 At Lytle Park is the fifth in the Mitchell’s family in Greater Cincinnati and its first downtown. It also makes Mitchell’s services even more accessible for Northern Kentucky residents.

It will feature carefully curated services offered both on and off site. Clients can select from some of Mitchell’s well-loved hair, nail and spa services delivered in an inviting yet opulent setting. They will receive the best the salon and day spa offers, delivered at the high standard of care that has been a hallmark of Mitchell’s for over 40 years.

550 At Lytle Park is a new luxury apartment community opening in first quarter 2024 after a comprehensive renovation by Eagle Realty Group of the 50-year-old building that fronts Lytle Park. The boutique project will include 29 rental residences featuring high-end finishes, Wolf and Subzero appliances, natural gas cooktops, hardwood floors, and generous balconies. In addition, room service and numerous additional hotel services will be available to residents via the adjacent Residence Inn at The Phelps.
