In the article titled, “America’s Best Insurance Companies,” published Sept. 29, 2021, Forbes notes that it partnered with Statista to survey more than 16,000 customers who provided recommendations for insurance products in seven categories: Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Pet, Term Life, Permanent Life, and Dental. Respondents provided “feedback on insurance company performance across eight metrics including overall satisfaction and whether they would recommend them to family and friends.” The survey also included five subdimensions: financial advice, customer service, price/performance ratio, transparency and damage/benefit ratio.
