Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. (Fort Washington) has named Morton L. Fearey II vice president, business development officer.
In this position, Fearey will be responsible for leading Fort Washington’s institutional business development efforts in the eastern United States.
“We are excited to have Mort join our business development team,” said Jack O’Connor, managing director and head of business development. “His knowledge, expertise and background complement and expand our already strong institutional business development and relationship management activities.”
Prior to joining Fort Washington, Fearey worked at Harvest Volatility Management in New York, where he was managing director, institutional marketing and client service. Prior to that, he was managing partner, director of marketing and client service for Westfield Capital Management in Boston. He also worked for Santander Global Advisors as a senior marketing manager and PanAgora Asset Management as a marketing manager.
Fearey earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. He and his wife, Sharon, reside south of Boston in Duxbury, Mass. They have four children.
