In the article – “America’s Best Insurance Companies” – Forbes notes that it partnered with Statista to survey more than 15,000 participants who provided recommendations for insurance products in five categories: auto, renters, homeowners, term life and permanent-life. The customers’ overall satisfaction was then rated in the categories of financial advice, customer service, transparency, digital services, price/performance, damage/benefit and whether respondents would recommend the company to friends and family.
