The Central Ohio Agency of The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company (Western & Southern Life), a member of Western & Southern Financial Group (Western & Southern), has won the company’s highest annual honor, the President’s Trophy. This marks the second consecutive year in which the agency achieved this significant milestone.
The prestigious award recognizes outstanding performance and operations in both sales and client service. For this year’s win, the Central Ohio Agency earned the best overall combined score in five key categories that focus on growth, results and client retention.
“Since its founding 130 years ago, Western & Southern Life has shown strength and stability while continuing to be well-positioned for future growth and success,” said Troy Brodie, president of Western & Southern Life’s Agency Group. “This theme of strength, future growth and success also describes The Central Ohio Agency.”
Brodie also noted that the agency has embraced Western & Southern Life’s business strategies, especially those pertaining to attracting and retaining best-in-class associates at every level of the organization. Indeed, many members of the team have garnered their own impressive accolades. Nathan Fausnaugh, a financial representative with the agency, qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) for the second year in a row. Kyle Gleich, a personally producing staff manager with the agency, qualified for MDRT for the fifth year in a row. Gleich is also the company’s leading registered representative.
