Western & Southern Named on Forbes' List of America's Best Midsize Employers

Western & Southern Financial Group was ranked among the top 100 companies on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Midsize Employers for 2025.

Of the employers ranked, Western & Southern was 95^th overall, sixth in the Banking and Financial Services category and fifth in the state of Ohio.

The list is the result of a partnership between Forbes and market research firm Statista. Surveyed respondents were asked to anonymously evaluate their employers on factors like work environment, talent development programs, advancement opportunities, and interest in recommending their employer to others.
