Linda M. Lake is senior vice president of Human Resources for Western & Southern Financial Group. She and her team are responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s people strategy in support of Western & Southern’s business strategy.
She began her career at Western & Southern in 2000 as a human resources manager and has held a number of leadership positions with progressive responsibility. She has more than 25 years of experience in human resources in both the financial services and consumer products industries.
- Lake earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Miami University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work.
- She holds the Senior Professional Human Resources, Certified Compensation Professional, and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designations.
