Kim Chiodi, senior vice president, Public Relations and Corporate Communications, was among 23 C-level executives from across the Greater Cincinnati region to receive a 2018 C-Suite Award from Venue magazine. The awards were presented at a luncheon at the Oasis Conference Center in Loveland, Ohio, on May 3.
The C-Suite Award honors the region’s leading chief executive officers; chairmen; chief operating, information, marketing and financial officers; and other C-level executives. Winners are selected based on their individual contributions to their organizations and our region, and for possessing personal leadership characteristics that cultivate a thriving and progressive community.
Chiodi joined Western & Southern in 2008 as vice president responsible for field human resources, and was promoted to the position of senior vice president of Human Resources in 2012 and to her current position in 2017. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Xavier University and a master of arts in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Akron. She currently serves on the board of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati.
