Prior to joining Eagle, Silva spent 10 years at First Financial Bank as president of Commercial Real Estate & Healthcare banking. He was president of Merchants Bank and Trust, and also held various leadership positions at Fifth Third Bank and Key Bank.
In 2021, two other Western & Southern executives were named to the Bosses to Watch list: John H. Bultema III, president and CEO of Columbus Life Insurance Company and Lafayette Life Insurance Company, and Blake Moore, president and CEO of Touchstone Investments.
